The edited video shows lettering on a suitcase, the blue controller and handheld marking head, then marking and the result. Excerpts play at original speed; the edit is not a measure of job time or safety training.

Start with your material

Send a clear photo, the material or coating, and the mark’s size. Ask the factory for a sample with the quoted machine. Results vary with material, finish and settings.

Choose a suitable setup

Ask about the laser’s classification, guarding, extraction, protective equipment and operator training. Demonstration clips show an application, not safe operating instructions.

Before you order.

Get the equipment, full cost, delivery and support in writing.

Can it mark my material?

Send Emil a photo, the material or coating if known, and the mark you need. Ask for a sample made with the machine being quoted before buying.

How do I get a price and pay?

Tell Emil what you need. He arranges a factory quote covering the equipment, shipping and payment details. You pay the factory against its agreed invoice. CHIEF’s website does not take payment.

Can I enquire from outside the UK?

Yes. Include your country. The factory confirms availability, shipping, import requirements and support for your destination.

What can I use laser marking for?

Names, logos and identification numbers on compatible items. A readable mark can help identify equipment; it does not provide live tracking or guarantee recovery. Confirm the result on your material.

How long does delivery take?

Ask for the dispatch date and estimated arrival in your written quote. Emil describes factory-arranged courier shipping, with sea freight discussed for larger orders. Timing and charges depend on the order and destination.

What about training, warranty and repairs?

Ask the factory to confirm training, English instructions, warranty, repair arrangements and spare parts in writing. Check who provides each service, where it takes place and any extra costs.

Can I start my own marking service?

You can discuss equipment for your own service. Start with the customers you plan to serve, sample results and a suitable operating setup. You run the business independently; commercial terms and training need to be agreed.

Do you offer marking services in the UK?

CHIEF’s current UK offer is machine sales and agent or distributor enquiries. Emil does not currently provide a UK marking service.

Are you looking for agents and distributors?

Yes. Tell Emil your location, experience and the customers you would serve. Discuss territory, responsibilities, order quantities and payment terms before agreeing to represent or resell equipment.
