Using the website
The quote builder prepares a message in your browser. It does not send your answers to a website database or save them in browser storage. Choosing “Continue to WhatsApp” opens your draft in WhatsApp. You review it and press send there. You can also contact Emil by email or phone.
Sharing information is optional, but Emil needs enough detail to answer your enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive information. There are no automated decisions about you.
Enquiries and follow-up
When you contact Emil, he receives your message and the name or contact details your chosen service provides. Your enquiry may include your country, the material and mark you need, and your buying or business plans.
We use your details to answer your request, arrange an introduction you have agreed to, and follow up on that enquiry. Our legitimate interests are handling enquiries and keeping track of quotations and sales. Emil and Prav Durgani, who manages the website and marketing, use a restricted enquiry list for this work and to understand which marketing brings enquiries. We ask for your permission before sending separate promotional messages.
Emil and Prav can record the details needed to follow up, the enquiry source, quotation progress and outcome in their restricted enquiry list. The website does not add you to that list automatically. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Factory introductions and overseas processing
Our communication and hosting providers may process information outside the UK under their published data-protection arrangements. We do not automatically send your enquiry to a factory. Before a factory introduction, Emil explains who would receive your details, their country and what would be shared. He only proceeds after you agree and any required transfer safeguards are in place. Ask Emil for details of the arrangements before an introduction.
Hosting and cookies
Vercel hosts this website and processes request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect it. WhatsApp and your email or telephone provider also process information when you use their services.
This site uses no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, cookies or embedded social widgets. Videos and fonts are served with the site. A recognised campaign code may appear in your draft so Emil knows which link you followed. It does not identify you and is not saved in cookies or browser storage.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiry records while they are needed to answer your request, arrange an agreed introduction or complete a follow-up you have requested. We review the enquiry list weekly and remove closed records when they are no longer needed for those purposes. Records needed for a completed transaction or a legal obligation are kept separately for that purpose. You can ask Emil about a particular record or request its removal.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, and request a portable copy where that right applies. You can object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests. You can stop promotional messages or withdraw your permission at any time by contacting Emil. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
